References in this Privacy Policy to “ThermoDrive Solutions”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the entity responsible for the processing of your Personal Data (as defined below), which is usually the entity that receives your Personal Data.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Data we receive through the ThermoDrive Solutions Property, including websites, mobile applications and social media pages that reference and link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), as well as to Personal Data we collect about you outside of the Site, including when you contact us by phone, email or otherwise. The Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the personal information we receive and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.
The Website may contain links to other third-party websites and features that are not directly or indirectly owned or controlled by ThermoDrive Solutions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:
Cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies (‘Tracking Technologies’) may be used to collect information about your interactions with the Website. Below is a brief description of common Tracking Technologies:
-
Cookies: a cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer's hard drive or temporarily stored in your computer's memory. There are two types of cookies: those that are ‘session-oriented’ and those that are ‘persistent’. Session cookies make it easier for you to navigate the website and expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last longer and help to understand how you use the website and improve your user experience. Cookies can remain on your hard drive for a longer period of time. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically. You can delete cookies manually or set your browser to automatically delete cookies on a predetermined schedule. If you use your browser's method of blocking or removing cookies, some, but not all, types of cookies may be deleted and/or blocked, which may result in some features and functionality of the Website not working. See ‘Your Choices’ below for information about your choices regarding tracking technologies.
-
Web-Beacons: Our web pages may contain a small graphic image called a web beacon, sometimes referred to as a ‘clear gif,’ which allows us to monitor and collect certain limited information about our users, such as the type of browser requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer to which the web beacon is sent, and the time the web beacon was displayed. Web beacons can be very small or invisible to the user, but in general, any electronic image displayed as part of a web page can act as a web beacon. We may use web beacons to count visitors to our web pages or to monitor how our users navigate the website. We may use web beacons to compile aggregate statistics about the website.
